Sho Shu Martial Arts Week 8

So Last Week, I was struggling with certain moves. The more I learned, the more I realize how similar and different each position was I am sticking with this program for two reasons. The first, I want to stay fit and do something fun around my busy schedule. The second, I want to learn some basic skills just incase I need to protect myself. I do not like to be one of those powerless women just seining their arms so they look like they are doing something. So this week my main focus was figuring out a way to stop confusing some of my self defense routines in Shou Shu Martial Arts.

I decided to take this like a child. I printed out my card and every day, alright I cannot tell a lie, every few days, I started with the first moves and did all I could remember. When I got to a skill I had difficulty with, I turned on the few minute tutorial and re-raciticed with the instructor. It was not all that simple but I larded my strengths and weaknesses. I am still having a little difficulty remembering two moves. Not all that bad. Yes. I can now properly use my hands to disable a guy who has punched me. All in a weeks work from Shou Shu Martial Arts.
